I have had long hair for over 20 years without an actual haircut. I’ve had 1/2 trims throughout. Today I came to this location to have my hair cut and Kaseena was my stylist. I have bleached natural curly hair and I wanted it a few inches past my shoulders with layers throughout. She did such an amazing job that I now will only go to her from now on. She was very sweet and personable. I recommend anyone with curly hair that wants a good cut to come here and ask for her. This was such a great experience. Thank you Kaseena . You made my day .

Critical: QualityMen, refuse to get a cut from Sarah. I have gone to this location for 2 years and never had a problem getting a cut from anyone, until I started getting put in Sarah’s chair. I am not picky about what I want out of a haircut and I have never complained, refused to tip, or refused to pay, but three separate occasions with three different requests the results were so bad I had to get my hair redone. It was just god-awful, terrible work. What’s worse is she comes off as rude and frustrated with you the whole time and is overwhelmingly rough with your head. On one occasion she justified the mistakes she made on my hair as “trying to cover up the thinness.” I have a full head of hair.
