Krisda Butler is an amazing stylist that does great work. My hair has been a challenge lately, due to medical issues, but she always knows exactly what to do to make it look it’s best. I appreciate her so much for hanging in there with me when it hasn’t been an easy task and don’t know what I would do without her! They ignored me and continued to work on the clients they had. Whether they are busy or not they should at least acknowledge you as a person. The clients they had didn’t look the happy either. I gave this place another try even after a bad experience the first time. My hair is long and all one length. I needed a simple hair cut. Straight across, and even. When I got home and started inspecting my haircut I quickly realized what a horrible job the technician did. I over heard another technician talking about having to take her “board test” which is the certification test for cosmetology. So ultimately, these technicians are either right out of school or not even certified yet. If you want a professional job, do not go here. They couldn’t even trim my hair evenly, which is all one length and the easiest cut to do. This is where beginner’s go for their first cosmetology job. Not recommended.

I got my hair colored for the first time in my life by Lulu! She made me feel very comfortable, explained everything she was doing to my hair as she went along, and it turned out Fantastic!! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgable, and ready to help out in any way. I love the new location, it’s literally one minute from my neighborhood, and they are offering amazing specials RIGHT NOW! I highly recommend them and will keep coming back for more.
