I was in this store for 10 minutes before I ducked and ran. Carrie was extremely rude to me and other customers in the store. She called me as I was next in line, and I didn’t hear her, so she made a sarcastic remark. Then proceeded to lecture me about the haircut I had requested. I’m not a stylist. I don’t know these things. MOST stylists I’ve been to have politely and helpfully guided me to the right style for me. This was not the case with Carrie. She was obviously stressed, and taking it out on the customers. I left after one last sarcastic remark, and I’m glad that I did before I let her take her anger out on my hair. This is the worst treatment I have ever received at a salon and I would not recommend any of my friends or family to this business. What the hell.

Wonderful place! Friendly staff and very clean. Covid-19 precautions in full force here. On personal note, I must thank them for their kindness. I just started chemo treatments and 1st came in to cut my hair so that as it fell out it wouldn’t be so long. Less than a week later. I returned to have the rest cut off/shaved. This was done free of charge. It was done with quick process, yet time spent in chair was filled with support and encouragement. For that alone. I can’t thank them enough.

Walked in with a middle part in my hair just asking to trim it down and clean it up. That’s not what I got. Asked for a quarter inch cut off and got an inch cut off and left with a different hairstyle than what I walked in with. Wasted my money here for the worst haircut I have gotten in a long time.
