Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityHorrible horrible salon and it’s sad because I’ve gotten my hair cut there many times but when I went this time and got Erin I asked for a balayage and my hair ended up orange after she kept the bleach in for over an hour. She put my toner in while my hair was still soaking wet and left it on for maybe 2 mins . Horrible horrible salon and it’s sad because I’ve gotten my hair cut there many times but when I went this time and got Erin I asked for a balayage and my hair ended up orange after she kept the bleach in for over an hour. She put my toner in while my hair was still soaking wet and left it on for maybe 2 mins . My daughter was going in for her first haircut and she wanted layers. Her left said has more taken off than her right side. She wanted tone in her hair and we was there for 5 hours just getting toned and cut. The woman cutting her hair was dropping the f bomb every other word. My daughters and I went to get our hair cut and they did not listen to what I wanted at all. I told her I wanted shoulder length hair and got way above my shoulders. My daughter was going in for her first haircut and she wanted layers. Her left said has more taken off than her right side.
