Saturday September 3rd, I arrived at Fantastic Sam’s a little after 9am. I was greeted by a young man, and he had stated to me that they wouldn’t be able to get me in right away, and to come back at 11:30, which I agreed to since I lived very close. I came back roughly around 11:20ish, hoping that they might get me in earlier, but that wasn’t the case. As I sat down to wait for my haircut, I witnessed 3 more people walk in AFTER me without an appointment, and got haircuts BEFORE me. Again, no appointment, my second time back, and when asked why I was skipped or forgotten about the answer was “Oh we are so sorry, someone took you off the list”. Wrong answer. Needless to say, Great Clips was able to get me in right away WITHOUT a wait! Your loss, their gain. I will NEVER come back to this location for a haircut. Great Clips will be taking care of me from now on. What’s even more sad, they didn’t even offer me any kind of resolution and or explanation to what happened, basically said, “we hope you come back next Tuesday”, well I didn’t and I will never come back, and listen, I understand that there is a shortage in employees, and I was very calm about the entire visit, but at least give me that explanation rather than not tell me anything at all. I am after all a human being, and deserve some kind of explanation. Rant over.

Katie B is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I’ve been going to her for almost 10 years. No one else anywhere I’ve gone can ever do anywhere close to her! She works her butt off, helps others there, and is THE MANAGER! I absolutely LOVE HER. She’s also super sweet and fun to talk to. No one can even come close to compare with her. I’ve referred tons of people to her and they love her too!

Worst hair stylist I have ever been too. Very poor attitudes on top of horrible haircut. Was offered to get it “fixed” with no extra charge, why would I trust you to get it right the second time if you couldn’t the first? I should have read the reviews before coming in, that part is on me. But a basic layering with removing a few inches being messed up? Definitely will never recommend this location.

Me and my family came to get haircuts. 3 different stylists and 3 messed up haircuts. I personally was being rushed out the door I felt since I was apparently keeping my stylist from going home. She was very nice, but because she was ready to go home I think that’s what caused her to mess up my hair. One side is completely uneven from the other, and my dad was refused a refund.
