Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to this location on a whim, bad idea wanted my roots done and ended up with color all over. Stacy did my hair and went through it so quickly and unprofessionally that I had to come back and have it fixed. She didn’t even section my hair off to cut it and it was different lengths all over. When I told her I just wanted my roots done she said what do you mean? Will never return and will be sure to tell anyone I know not to go to this location. I went to this location on a whim, bad idea wanted my roots done and ended up with color all over. Stacy did my hair and went through it so quickly and unprofessionally that I had to come back and have it fixed. She didn’t even section my hair off to cut it and it was different lengths all over. When I told her I just wanted my roots done she said what do you mean? Will never return and will be sure to tell anyone I know not to go to this location. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI called ahead and asked if anyone was comfortable straightening black hair. I did all the heavy duty of washing, detangling, and blowing it out. All I needed was a straightening and trim. Twice I questioned my stylist methods of straightening my particular hair texture, I was dismissed. As a stylist you should take that as a que that your client is not comfortable. I calmly told her I’m anxious about her method, it wasn’t effective and could cause heat damage.I had two white stylist telling me if I’m not comfortable I can essentially leave, that’s it’s going to take a while, and that they know what they are doing, and dismissed my concerns of heat damage.To say I walked our embarrassed and upset is and understatement.
