I had an appt. at 11 on Tuesday. I arrived and the stylist I had the appt with was not there. I asked where she was, was told she hadn’t returned from vacation. I was upset that I was not informed and made the trip for nothing. Very unprofessional at this salon. I will not be returning. I should have been called. I was told I could reschedule, but I would never be sure the stylist would be there. Horrible service!!

I’ve been going to Alex for a few years now, I actually go with my mom and my sister as well. She always knows exactly what to do to make my hair look amazing. I never leave with my hair feeling dry or brittle because of the bleaching. Its always a good experience. Alex makes everything very enjoyable and relaxing. Some before and after pictures are below!

I saw Lauren and got the worst “haircut” of my life. It took a little more than 8 minutes. I asked for 1 1/2 inches cut off AT LEAST and I honestly cannot even tell that she cut my hair. I have a very grown out pixie cut that needed cut short and I left with a very grown out pixie cut that needs to be cut short. It was embarrassingly bad. I could have cut one or two single hairs myself. No wash and no styling. No consultation. I’m sure I could have done it myself and ended up with a better result.

My husband went there to get a 2 all over. I actually cut hair but he went and got it done so I wouldn’t have to worry about cutting it for our weekend away. The girl there completely messed up his neckline, it was taken up way too high on one side and very crooked. And she did a terrible job around his ears, took it way too high. You could see the hole over his ears when you looked at him straight on. Also there’s were so many hairs sticking out on top, like she just rushed through his buzz. He came home and started cutting the random hairs himself. I ended up having to 0 fade him to make it look decent. And I know that being a hairstylist myself, you probably figure that I’m being picky but this haircut was something I would’ve expected from someone just starting beauty school, not from a salon. And definitely not from a woman who says she’s been doing hair for over 10 years. And really it was a simple #2 buzz cut.
