I went to Fantastic Sams on Frankfort last Saturday and Jeanette did color on roots only and a haircut. My hair cut was very uneven. The right side was way much longer than the left side and I couldn’t tell if layers were made on this side. I ended up going to another salon to get my hair fixed and cut properly. I am very unhappy and disappointed at this place. Jeanette made a horrible job and coming from a profesional this is not acceptable considering I payed more than $ 100dls. for the service.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualitySo my hair was very grown out and even a orange color I came in and got my hair done, the girl was very friendly and so sweet, my hair turned out okay but seemed a little darker and not enough blonde that I wanted (I wasn’t very specific the first time) but I called and asked if they could maybe do more blonde and lighten it up more. They said absolutely and made an effort to keep calling so we could figure out an appointment that works for both of us. I came back in and Jeanette (didn’t do my hair the first time) redid my hair with no charge this time. She did sooooo amazing! It was a bit pricey the first time but it was okay cause I thought I was gonna get the end result the first time. I’m very happy with the end result and I feel bad about not even being able to tip the second girl but I will be going back and asking for Jeanette and next time I’ll make sure to tip her very well. I’ve been here twice over the years. My first time I had a perm done. I asked for big curls but the lady said she only had small ones and would put 2 of them together to make a bigger curl. It looked like a kinked awful mess and any pro should have known.
