Incredibly rude, unprofessional. Allowed my ex husband to be abusive to me and my son and even participated in it. Did not care how my son’s hair looked. It was a hack job. Don’t ever go here for your kids back to school haircuts because they will royally screw them up!! They refused to give me a refund or fix my son’s hair. The manager was very unkind and offered no kind of solution at all. We won’t ever be bringing our three children here ever again.

I walked in for a haircut with no appointment and there was one man sitting there ahead of me. I was not acknowledged by anyone when I came in, just looked at by one of the employees so I went and sat down. A third man came in and sat down and after a few minutes one of the employees came to the desk and made an appointment for a lady that had just walked in, looked at the first man and asked if she could help him. He stated that he had a 12:20 appointment, she looked at the third man and asked if she could help him and scheduled an appointment for him then turned and walked away. Sign on the door says no appointment necessary, it should include “ We will make one for you inside for every other person depending on which chair you sit in”. I wouldn’t go back to this place if they were the only one in town. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional!!!!

The first time I went the stylist was fabulous and so considerate of my long hair. The second time I went in for a trim it was a train wreck. The stylist unbraided my hair and proceeded to “trim” it telling me it did not need to get wet to straighten it out I went to Panache to have everything corrected so in the end I paid three times what I should have and my hair is two inches shorter than I wanted Fantastic Sam’s is like Russian Roulette. Never again.

This is the worst hair experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a very simple hair cut and the women in there said she knew it so I thought it would look good at the end. Not even 5 minutes into cutting she had cut bangs that go to my ear and that are not even 3 inches long. That is NOT what I asked for. I was in tears after I saw how she had cut my hair and new it would be a long time until it grew out. Besides ruining the front of my hair she also cut the back WAY to short. Once we paid and left I was in TEARS. I will never come here again or recommend it!

Ruined my hair, looked nothing like what I requested and was crooked. Lady argued about it being wrong. Manager was reluctant to give me credit for my next cut, but finally did.. with an expiration date the same day I got the cut. I’d find somewhere else to go.

Critical: QualityI will NEVER go here again. I came in with two pictures in min, very simple and fairly common haircuts. I asked the stylist if she was able to do either one and she said yes to one of them.What I amended your with was the complete OPPOSITE of what it should have been. My bangs were way too short and the haircut was way too long.It’s a complete disaster and if I try to get it fixed by anyone it will be much shorter than I wanted.
