Stylists don’t seem to care too much. Kinda just in and out. Doesn’t seem like they are in to their craft. I went in with an almost blank canvas and the stylist was so unsure if herself. I couldn’t wait for my regular stylist at a nice salon in town as she was booked a month out and I needed a quick cut. Won’t make that mistake again. If you need a trim. This is probably fine. But don’t go in and expect them to work any magic. Nor will they jump at helping you out. The last day I was in there were about 6 people working and only 3 were busy. An elderly lady walked in and sat down then waited at least a half an hour before anyone even greeted her or helped her out. The gals were too busy in the back on their phones. I saw it all door was open.

Went in to get a cut and color the other day, the gal was extremely rough while brushing and cutting my hair, the cut looks good but it didn’t feel good. She also said box colors come out right away, but from my experience their colors come out right away, I’ve had better experience with Walmart dyes than what they did because their stuff went from blue to green in less than a week and more just keeps coming out. They were friendly but their services could definitely be better.

Was it the best haircut I have ever gotten? No, but it wasn’t the worst. My layers turned out a little choppy. The girl who cut my hair was nice and I felt like she did a good job overall. The salon was very clean which I appreciated especially during this time of COVID. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I did not receive a warm welcome when I walked in and I felt like my hair wash was rushed and she didn’t talk to me until after I sat down in the chair. For the price, I would come to only get a haircut if I needed a trim; not a dramatic new hair cut. This is my salon! I go every 2 months to Jessica for a cut and color and never leave unhappy! Everyone there is very caring and professional! It’s always clean and bright! Love their products as well! Services are very affordable❤
