Horrible haircut. My hair looks like it was put through a woodchipper. I have never had my hair layered so horribly before. I asked for a bob and this woman gave me the messiest karen haircut. Also, my stylist used my 25 minute haircut as a therapy session about her ex husband and her alcoholism treatment. I have never been more uncomfortable or disappointed in a haircut in my entire life. I used to recommend this place to people but now I am definitely never coming back.

Left in tears. Do not recommend. The manager of the salon, Jenny cut my hair and it is the most hideous haircut I have ever received. I had requested a completely different hairstyle that was a shoulder length inverted bob and ended up with an extremely short, choppy, and uneven bob instead. I had shown her a picture of me with the haircut i was requesting. I didnt see what she was doing until it was too late. I had my glasses off while she was cutting and when i put them back on and saw my hair i couldnt stop crying. It is going to take a year to get my hair back to where i wanted it to be. The salon offered for me to come back and have the same stylist that caused the damage try to fix it by cutting more and I refused. I wasn’t charged for the haircut because it was so messed up but that doesn’t make up for what happened. Now I have to pay another salon to even it out and have it cut even shorter to fix the damage. Meanwhile i’m left feeling ugly and embarrassed of my hair. Photo 1 is how I left the salon and Photo 2 was taken 2 days before I went in to the salon. I definitely regret my decision to go to this salon.

I have never left this place unhappy. I have been going here for at least 5 years on a regular 10 + otherwise. I only enter with any idea of what I want and let the stylist add the perks such as face framing and such. Even eyebrows, I have extremely thick and large eyebrows, at this place I just say I like them thinned with and arch and they always turn out great! Sometimes I don’t have them waxed for 9 months and the outcome is just s great!

Went in for my first perm and walked out with my husband asking me “I thought you were getting a perm?” I spoke to the owner and they are doing everything they can to fix the issue and help fix my hair and make it right. I will update as I go.

Ive cut my own hair for a few years due to poor experiences with salons in the past. I take my hair seriously and need to feel that my stylist is listen when i attempt to describe what i do or don’t want done. When a professional cut became necessary for a family event i finally caved and found this location, and i wasn’t disappointed. When i described what i wanted done, my stylist ask for clarification until she was confident we were on the same page. Good experience, great stylists, and I’m actually happy with my hair!

The stylist Ytrinh gets 5 stars, the salon as whole gets 1 which averages out to 3… Ytrinh does amazing work I’m playing with the idea of blonde so I went in and got highlights from her which turned out wonderful, and then I went for a balayage a couple months later which also turned out just phenomenal. But when I had my balayage done the other stylist that was supposed to be with her that day didn’t show so she had to turn people away who had scheduled with the absent stylist even though she tried her best to accommodate whoever she could during my processing times… I will always go back to Ytrinh. She has always left me feeling so much more confident than when I came in. Absolutely adore her.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could rate a 0, I would.I provided pictures of what I was wanting. Making it known I am a licensed cosmetologist myself, I explained I wanted my hair one length at my collar bone to my shoulder, very little, long length layers. I asked for a beige-y balayage being brighter in the front and lower in back with none coming to the root (other than the front).I received a very short bob, a hole in the front, a hair tail in back, with uneven sides and a choppy back, almost like she tried to give me a stacked bob. Bright, chunky, almost white hair with a copper color added what wasn’t discussed. Nothing was blended, very chunky, and looks like a sloppy attempt at a high & lowlight.I have requested a refund because it was a disaster. I had hair to the bottom of my shoulder blades and now hair is above my actual shoulders. She cut at least 6 inches off my length…My haircolor was embarrassing and because no one answered me to get a redo, I had to spend even more money to fix it. This has to be one of the worst experiences I have experienced. And to top it off, I found out I was serviced by the MANAGER of the salon. I went there to go get a hair trim and to get my hair curled. The trim was fine but the lady did a terrible job at curling my hair. I had to go home and fix it myself. I was really excited to get it done for it being the first time getting my hair done at a salon. I expected better. Never again.
