Your appointment doesn’t seem to matter to them, had a 1pm appointment for haircut and beard trim. Waited until 1:30 and was told two others were still before me. Had a wedding at 3! Needless to say I will never patron them again! Highly unprofessional!!! Haircut

Horrible. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I asked for short on the sides and back and blend into my longer hair on top (I’m not used to short hair so I’m not sure what terminology to use) and ended up with almost bald above my ears and a random almost bald spot on the back of my neck. Nothing blended. Not even close to what I asked for. I look like I have a botched baby mullet.

I had long hair about midway down my back and I had decided that I needed to cut it all off because I have several surgeries coming up where I would not be able to wash my hair by myself. So I went in with a picture and an idea of what I kind of wanted. I brought my mom with. She started out by cutting it to a Bob about shoulder length. I looked & said go shorter, we went through this several times! Finally I got it to the point where it’s shaved up the back and about 2inches long on top and textured down the back! Chantel did an AMAZING JOB!! She was so patient and went slow, being it was so drastic! Because you can always cut ✂️ more – you can never cut less!! LOL I recommend this place to everyone looking for any type of hair care!!!

Called they didn’t answer, assuming they were busy but we drove there and they were able to get her in right away. Chantel was really helpful and cheered up my sister’s mood.
