We walked in and they worked to fit us right in. My 19 year old son got a perm and a cut. He was super happy with how it turned out. My 8 year old just got a haircut and the gal was great with him! If anyone wants a haircut don’t go to fantastic sams… I wanted long on top short sides they messed that up big woop my hair grows back fast. But while trimming my neck they cut my mole on neck and tried blaming the trimmer saying it made my neck “red and irrated” not acknowledgeing the fact they she cut me till some else came by to check her work. Then to top it all the person damn near took out my eye with the scissors. Then tried to laugh it off like it was nothing. Never again I could have a toddler do my hair better and probably safer too. I get mistakes happen and people get nervous but take accountability for your actions.

Worst mens cut I’ve ever gotten. I could have saved $25 and just shaved my head. It was like they had never held scissors before, let alone got near someone’s hair with them. I tried to explain what I was asking for as best I could, even showed pictures, but I was shaved like a rat.

Called one hour ahead of time to see if they had a walk-in appointment (dry cut) available and they said the could get me in in 50 mins. Went over on my lunch break and they said they were running behind 30+ mins. Left with no hair cut.
