Love this place. Many of the stylists have been there for any years. They are always learning new techniques and they share their ideas/opinions with each other. My work schedule doesn’t allow me to book a hair appointment in advance, so getting my hair done on a whim suits me just fine. I will continue to be a patron of Fantastic Sams!

I expressed my disappointment with the beautician and she ignored me. I left a message for the manager to call me and she would not return my call. I will never return to this establishment! Had my hair highlighted by Samantha and she did a wonderful job! I was there during a busy time and couldn’t help but notice how the entire staff was efficient and so friendly and kind to everyone who stopped in (despite being swamped). Great prices, too. I’m impressed!

I called this salon at 10:30am to inquire about setting up an appointment. They stated they were pushed out until 3pm. I asked if I could come in to see a stylist at 3p. The lady said yes we are just a walk in so no need for an appointment. I arrived to the shop at 2:15p and then was told I had to wait until 4:15p. That the only way to get on the “list” is to physically walk in and get on the appointment books. Terrible communication!

I hate their policy of not calling in to make an appointment. I have to drive 25 minutes to get here then come to find out they don’t have any openings for an hour. Now I am stuck in town for an hour!! Hair cut takes 2 hours?? It’s a 5 min cut!! Great stylists. Stupid policy Hairstyling

This is the second time I’ve went in there the first time I had my haircut with my fiance good experience second time was today I went in for a hair color I took him a picture of what I wanted and it was not at all what they gave me they quoted me one price but charged me 70 more I left there with my hair a completely different color from what I wanted it was nothing like what I showed them I wanted my hair bleached and I got gold highlights with them darkening my roots I didn’t ask for the balayage I didn’t ask for hair highlighting I wanted my hair white to go with my white roots I threw the lady $200 and walked out I couldn’t say anything because I feared that I would break down in tears because of how my hair looked I can’t believe I spent $200 on a hairstyle that someone else chose decided that that’s what my hair should look like I’m going to fix didn’t come it took me forever to save that money now what am I going to do I told her time and time again that’s not what I wanted that’s not what I wanted she did what she wanted I wouldn’t even take for your services from them anymore I can’t believe that I was treated like that and no one’s going to do anything no one’s even going to care she got to f****** take all that money from me and not even convince services that I paid for
