I usually use whatever stylist is available but after today I’m sticking with Jacqueline! I had extremely damaged hair I knew I had to cut off and she took just what she needed too and got me to actually like layers! No pushy small talk either, I wasn’t in a talking mood today. I could go on and on. I hate getting a haircut but I can’t wait for next time!

Showed up for my 12:30 appointment about five minutes early and checked in. Only person in the waiting room. Three or for stylists milling around. I left after sitting there for 15 minutes. If you can’t honor appointments don’t schedule them.
