Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySadly i had an unfriendly & unprofessional hairdresser. She greeted me with “you ready now?” and seemed really out of it. Messy hair and makeup like she had just woken up. I brought pictures & explained them but she didn’t seem to be paying attention and i felt really nervous that it would be cut too short. She didn’t speak to me and pulled hard on my hair trying to brush through. I’m really unhappy with my cut and the experience was really awful. I’ve had great experiences at the Maple Grove location, hopefully they will be able to fix my cut. Sadly i had an unfriendly & unprofessional hairdresser. She greeted me with “you ready now?” and seemed really out of it. Messy hair and makeup like she had just woken up. I brought pictures & explained them but she didn’t seem to be paying attention and i felt really nervous that it would be cut too short. She didn’t speak to me and pulled hard on my hair trying to brush through. I’m really unhappy with my cut and the experience was really awful. Critical: Quality, ValueI had Jamel as my hair stylist and all I wanted was 3 inches cut. After washing my hair she started combing from the top of head, just pulling out my hair, not gentle at all. Then she proceeds to cut it, but doesn’t start from one side of my head, she is cutting all around in random places. Then she doesn’t put any product on my hair before blowing drying it with high heat burning my scalp and then doesn’t even brush my hair after. I come home and look in my mirror and my hair is very choppy and looks terrible. I had Jamel as my hair stylist and all I wanted was 3 inches cut. After washing my hair she started combing from the top of head, just pulling out my hair, not gentle at all. Then she proceeds to cut it, but doesn’t start from one side of my head, she is cutting all around in random places. Critical: QualityWent in yesterday for my usual eyebrow wax. I didn’t fully access the damage until after I got home.Nearly half of my eyebrow is GONE!! Made worse by the fact that it’s the front half. Needless to say, this will be much harder to conceal until it grows back.I’m just shocked that the person doing this didn’t take any notice AT ALL. Closingon the face and closing time is at 8:00 PM. Closing one and half hour early? This is at Plymouth location on Vicksburg. So disappointed and decided not to go there.
