Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Critical: Quality, ValueI have been going to fS for years recently I had a strange experience. I am a really nice person and I never complain about anything. I just wanted to express my concerns. I had asked for strawberry blond hair and after bleaching and adding a color it turned bright pink. The stylist added more bleach to my hair to wash out the pink. My hair felt like straw and I felt this intense feeling of dread come over me because I already have really fine hair and i could tell it was extremely damaged. I was really nice to my stylist and the manager and I asked her if she could help me fix this. I was in tears. I feel like i should have been informed of other options then bleaching again. At the end of my service my hair color looked like a natural blond. Overall my hair color did turn out at the end. I was really shocked that I was charged 200 I feel like I shouldn’t have been charged for corrective color since it wasn’t my fault. I just don’t feel right about the way I was treated. I have been going to fS for years recently I had a strange experience. I am a really nice person and I never complain about anything. I just wanted to express my concerns. Critical: ValueI went for a “wash and blow dry” and the person assigned to me had no idea how to blow dry curly hair. They washed my hair, and then told me that they “did not have a diffuser”. Then they just put me under the hair dryer after just spraying me with hair spray. I think learning how to blow dry hair should be taught in beauty school in the first week. I left the salon looking worse than when I walked in. Tina was amazing and knew actually what I wanted. Her confidence cutting and relaxed personality made me feel comfortable. The rest of the surrounding staff also added a fun yet professional atmosphere. Highly recommended.
