I brought my 16 yr old daughter in for her first professional hair cut and highlights with Tiffany. We had a pleasurable experience there with the two ladies who were working, the shop was clean and they were helping all clients respectfully. My problem is with the actual highlights. They do not look like high lights at all it looks like she dyed her hair all blonde and there are horizontal lines of blonde throughout the back of her head(assuming this is dye bleeding). Very disappointing for her first time. Now she’s insecure of her hair. Wish we would have noticed while we were there but didn’t see it till the next day. Won’t be returning.

Came here to go platinum blonde from black box dye. All I can say is this has been the best experience I’ve ever had with my hair. Nicole was the sweetest and genuinely made me feel welcomed and didn’t bash me for the black box dye. She did an amazing job and my hair is hardly damaged after 2 rounds of bleaching. I included photos so you could see the process from the black box dye, the in between and the end result. It took 2 appointments and less then $400.

Made an appointment in advance only for them to call an hr before my reservation to say they basically don’t want to do my hair. I have chest length hair and wanted it curled. They said they wanted to take more clients and my hair I booked in advance wouldn’t allow them to take anyone for the 30 mins. Isn’t that the point of a reservation?

Friendly staff able to get me in for a perm last minute & the man who did my hair did amazing he was quick but good with my hair & good with conversations he even stayed late to finish my perm he got it exactly how I wanted it ! I had an appointment earlier today. The overall haircut is decent, but the actual appointment was very awkward. My stylist didn’t ask me how I was or anything like that. For the most part it was just silent. Normally you would expect a hair stylist to be friendly and want to speak to people. The haircut felt rushed and overall like I was just a waste of this stylist’s time. There was only one other customer in the building waiting who came in after I got seated. When I first entered the store I wasn’t greeted and the stylist was on his phone sitting in a chair as there was no one in the store. He saw me come in but I think whatever was on his phone was more important as I stood there waiting for someone to check me in. The only other thing I will say is his hands also smelt heavily of cigarette smoke which isn’t something I really want in my face.

Have been coming here for years and had excellent service. However, the last time I came in, I was criticized for the way I style my hair. ALWAYS tell the stylists not to cut the sides too short. Otherwise, my hair sticks out. Well, my hair was butchered so short it has taken a month and half to finally be able to easily comb it back without frustration. Didn’t notice it because she had gelled it down. Girlfriend has been buying their hair care products for years and now noticed the shampoo went from 12 oz to 10.5 oz and not only is it more expensive but, also appears to be watered down. What a joke!

Scott gave my mom a horrendous hack job haircut! He shaved her sides completely off When she had said she wants to start growing it out and she was left distraught with uneven ends, harsh lines and an all over TERRIBLE mullet/bowl haircut. She went back to fix it and a woman helped her to the best of her extent but I still had to trim it when she got home due to the uneducated decisions they made. The other multiple 1 star reviews show they attempt to offer to “make it right” in the comments but my mom did not get a quality cut when she attempted to have it be fixed the 2nd time. She’s left with this now until it grows out. Do not go here.
