This was my first time getting my hair done at a salon, and I am so happy that I chose this location. I was going to walk in, but I always call the business to check in with them first. We ended up scheduling an appointment that left me with enough time to get ready and commute. As soon as I came through the doors, all of the employees were so welcoming!

I had an awesome experience with stylist Aubrey! I picked her based on looking at past reviews. Everyone loved her work and her personality. And boy, they weren’t wrong! She is sooo kind, knowledgeable, funny, and was able to fix my previous stylist coloring! This was my 1st time meeting her, and booking online. I haven’t been to this location in years! See my photos. Previous hair was about 1.5 inches of gray roots, a band of black hair, and older pink underneath peekaboo. I got the grays covered, the black removed, new pink, eyebrows done, and everything looking perfect again! I tipped in cash too! Will def be coming back to her! You should go to her too!

I got about 2 feet cut off my hair today, which was a big deal, and I absolutely LOVED my experience. I haven’t had good luck at other FS locations, but tried the Crystal location for the first time and happened upon an excellent stylist, who also highlighted my hair (Amanda) and she did exactly what I wanted! She was speedy, and enjoyable to talk to, and is clearly just an expert in her field. So thankful I met her today. I was just so excited to get my hair colored, and permed! I didn’t know that they won’t do both services at the same appointment. I have very thin grey hair. I was just crushed when I couldn’t get my hair colored. I settled for the illusion of more hair with a permanent. I had cut off 2 inches prior to my appt. But I was told I would have to lose another 8 inches, but it was supposed to still be longer than shoulder length.

I wanted to give a special thanks to the stylist Kelli, who cut my son’s hair this afternoon. My son is neurodiverse and struggles with communication and socializing. I was blown away by Kelli’s patience and her taking the time to understand and listen to my son’s requests. He raved as we left the salon saying “We got ourselves a real professiona!”. I used to enjoy getting my hair styled, and my kids hair styled here, but unfortunately changes due to the virus are still in effect, employees that I only like the way they specifically style my hair are no longer employed there, so my service is completely different and sometimes under par, appointments are made only online, but openings now are virtually non existent. I’m forced to do all the very much missed services, myself, including buying products, styling tools. This place is also under new ownership which doesn’t make anything better, including prices, and it’s just not the same going inside anymore, it’s kind of depressing.

Don’t bother making an appointment, they clearly don’t know what they are doing. 2 times in a row, I waited for 30+ minutes. I have to try to use my lunch breaks for this. This place sucks. Side note though, Aubrey is a REALLY great stylist. Haircut
