This is so unfortunate but they have completely messed up my hair. I went in there did a consult and they told me that they could do my hair and left it orange. There’s a lot of miscommunication all over the place within managers. The girl that did my hair didn’t even seem to care about the blotchy job that she did. I paid $200 for a terrible experience. If you want your hair professionally done do not come here.

I previously came here for a foil, I had a couple fashion colors and wanted to go back to my original color with some highlights. My appointment was at 10:45 and I didn’t get out of there until 4:30. The stylist had the bleach in my hair for too long (as said by another stylist working that day) and fried my hair and it was over all compromised. As a result they did do an SOS and told me that they would comp my whole service for the day, and then have me come in for 3 more deep conditionings for no charge. Today I came in for one of the deep conditionings and was treated like I was the issue. The stylist I got today was more focused on how she looked and fixing her own hair that she didn’t explain what was goin on, like a stylist usually would. After the deep conditioning she proceeded to dry my hair (which I found out later that she shouldn’t even have done) and didn’t even bother to attempt to make it look presentable in public. I walked out looking like this, my hair was matted in the back and still wet. After I took these pictures I went back in and asked for a brush and confronted them about how they serviced me and let me walk out with hair like this that reflects their company. And the store manager, continued to be rude and act like I was in the wrong for even trying to get my hair done and told me not to come back. I asked him for a higher up contact, that I could speak to and he refused to give that to me and stated that they would contact me. Also to add, I have curly hair, she didn’t even attempt to help my hair not look like a frizzed up mess.. I’m really disappointed in how things were handled at all. There is so much more wrong with this salon, please go anywhere else but here.

I meant to write this awhile ago but I forgot. Haha anyways, Nicole was my stylist when I came in and she was the most friendly, upbeat and fun stylist I’ve ever had! The other stylist there also on Wednesdays, I believe it was Sabrina or something, those two are SO fun to be around! Most importantly tho, My hair turned out FLAWLESSLY! I’ve never had a stylist who cares about not only my hair, but the outcome as much as Nicole! Her patience and precision is uncanny. I will DEFINITELY be back and will be sure to book on Wednesday, bc Nicole only works Wednesdays now as she is ALSO a full time educator at a beauty school! She definitely knows what she is doing and even more so, CARES about what she is doing! Sabrina and Nicole both have great quality turnouts of the work they do on ppls hair! Come here and DEFINITELY see Nicole!!!!!

If I could give a zero I would. I wanted to have my hair colored professionally for .once and I could not believe they had an opening. She bleached my hair almost white and could figure out why my hair would not take color. I ended up with white blond hair with orange patches. She could fix it and expected me to take the day off work to have her manager fix it. I colored my own hair and I still have multicolored hair because she bleached it so severe.
