A great and fairly priced place to get your haircut. With knowledgeable hairdressers / barbers. That can recreate any look, for many pictures you show them. Provided it’s possible with your hair type. My only gripe is that you have to usually call ahead to get an appointment. Since they’re always busy.

I was in earlier this week and received a haircut. Upon leaving I felt a stinging sensation on the nape of my neck. The next day the stinging had progressed into a blistery rash, spreading down the back of my neck. I called the salon and received an apology, but no refund. They hoped I would come back and still be a customer, just not with the stylist that I had before. Meanwhile I’m out $80+ dollars on a doctor’s visit and prescription ointment needed to treat this over the next 2 weeks. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

I was able to get in for a walk in, lady was nice, but didn’t really listen to all of what I was saying I wanted for a haircut. I get my sides shaved and middle cut a little to get my hair to grow. She left a lot of short hairs that were supposed to be shaved so it just sticks up. She gave me an undercut when I did not want one. I wanted a long Mohawk. She also barley washed my hair and wasn’t gonna blow dry until I asked for it. She only half blow dried it, so my hair was still wet when I walked out. Lines were mostly straight. Only positive is she was nice and engaged in conversation.

I came to this location after having my hair cut 2 weeks before at a different location. The previous haircut was a total disaster and I thought I was going to be stuck wearing a bandana until it grew back out, but Sachiko fixed it and did an incredible job. Today I had the greatest experience at this salon. Not only did I get exactly why I was looking for by showing Kim ONE picture (involved 15 inches off), but they were friendly and made a very comfortable environment. Best experience I have ever had at a hair salon. I will be coming to Kim forever now.
