Critical: Professionalism, QualityHello, I just wanted to share my experience to let others know to be cautious before coming here. When I first walked in a few weeks ago I was greeted by Emily in a very odd way. I’m going to be honest with you, she seemed like she was high the whole time with how she spoke and some of the conversations she had. Look you can do whatever you want (outside of work) but really? I tried to laugh and play along simply because I didn’t want her to mess up my hair honestly. It was very unprofessional to act like that with a client present. She made me feel so uncomfortable, I wanted to just walk out before she even started cutting my hair. I’ve never had an experience quite that bad before. She was rough on my hair and didn’t even ask me if she was being too rough brushing it out. My haircut is definitely uneven and drives me insane every time I look at it. Keep in mind I’ve never written a bad review anywhere before because I give people the benefit of the doubt, however this was such bad service I had to say something. Hello, I just wanted to share my experience to let others know to be cautious before coming here. When I first walked in a few weeks ago I was greeted by Emily in a very odd way. I’m going to be honest with you, she seemed like she was high the whole time with how she spoke and some of the conversations she had. Look you can do whatever you want (outside of work) but really?
