I met with Courtney at the prior lake location but she’s based in shakopee. I had super ugly damaged red hair (something me and friend did on impulse at 3 am) and she transformed me back into a beautiful natural brunette. Brandy, who i believe was the manager/owner, gave me honest options and expecting results. They were super honest and lead me through everything Courtney was doing. I appreciate when my hairstylist don’t sugar coat anything about fixing home dyed hair. They managed to make my hair look exactly how i wanted. Super happy with Courtney’s service and Brandys advice. Both the sweetest gals. Will be booking with them for any color touch ups/cuts

My stylist had a great personality and some goodhelpful recommendations However I did not get what I asked for with the color scheme and my cut was not even(had a whole section by my face that was longer than the whole rest of my head. ) also the price was ridiculous! $100 over the standard for what I get.
