Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy stylist cancelled on me last minute and I thought I would give this salon a try. I wanted some layers to add movement and texture to my hair because it is very flat and THIN. I told Lea that I wanted “some layers razor cut to add texture and movement and I don’t want any length taken. I also want some long curtain bangs.” She asked where I wanted my bags to and I showed her with my finger that I wanted them to end just below my cheek bones, below my glasses. As you can see they are at my eyebrows. The first two photos are my hair and the last is the reference photo. She washed my hair and wiped all the makeup off my forehead and got my shirt back wet. Then she brought me to her station and didn’t fully brush through my hair on one side because there was a little snarl. She parted my hair and proceeded to take the scissors first and cut big chunks off the back that went to the top of my head and then started razoring everything shorter. She also spoke to me a total of 3 times mostly for the consultation and to then tell me “we cut all your blond off and there are the layers you wanted” while she laughed it off. She took 15 minutes to do my cut and wash and still charged me full price. She asked me if I liked it and I lied because I didn’t want to cry in the salon. My stylist cancelled on me last minute and I thought I would give this salon a try. I wanted some layers to add movement and texture to my hair because it is very flat and THIN. I told Lea that I wanted “some layers razor cut to add texture and movement and I don’t want any length taken. All of the employees are friendly, and I enjoy my time there. Lea takes the time to talk about what she is doing, and why. I really like having her as my main stylist, but I have gone to others in a pinch, and always felt secure in the service they are providing! I think the atmosphere here is great, clean, and friendly. Lea is awesome! I am a regular of hers for the last 8 years. She always makes my hair look great. All of the employees are friendly, and I enjoy my time there. Lea takes the time to talk about what she is doing, and why. I really like having her as my main stylist, but I have gone to others in a pinch, and always felt secure in the service they are providing! I think the atmosphere here is great, clean, and friendly. Thanks for doing what you love, it shows. I have never had soo many compliments on my hair!!
