Good cut. Love the online booking for appointments! I did have issues trying to book with mobile device… Had to use laptop to book appointment. Would recommend them for sure! Price was fair for a men’s cut.

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! She is so friendly and easy to talk to but more importantly she is an incredible hair stylist! My hair was so so so badly damaged before I started going to see her and now it’s the healthiest it’s ever been. I have never had a better cut and color from anyone else and I am extremely picky! We definitely prefer FS over the competition. I took my son to get a trim. He actually didn’t need a full cut just a little clean up. I was willing to pay extra to have FS do it. We walked into the Delano location and were told they don’t do walk ins anymore. This information would have been way more useful to me before I drove all the way there, wasting precious gas and time. Perhaps FS can take a moment to update their website to reflect the change.

Stylist Dorraine, of Fantastic Sams, Delano MN is a very knowledgeable and talented hair care specialist. Be sure to ask for the Malibu hair treatment. You will love how soft and manageable your hair is afterward. Dorraine cut my hair exactly as I wanted, because she listened and understood my needs.

If you are looking for Dorraine (Lindberg), they won’t tell you where she has moved to, so I will. She is now at Studio 12 (the same strip mall where Edie Mae’s, Liberty Tax, Carquest Auto Parts, etc. are located). Apparently, FS doesn’t believe it is the client’s decision to choose whether or not he/she would like to follow her- instead, they will blatantly lie to you & say they don’t know where she is. IF you were a client of Dorraine’s, call her- she’d love to hear from you. Shame on you Fantastic Sam’s for threatening to fire your stylists if they tell any client that has specifically asked where Dorraine moved to. That is NOT your decision to make- that is each client’s decision to make- of whether or not to follow Dorraine or to try a different FS stylist. To the stylists that are employed there, ask yourself if that’s who you’d really like to be employed by- because they don’t have your back and are requiring you to blatantly lie (or you will be fired) to clients. They are more about being greedy than they are about being honorable, respectable, & loyal to you as an employee.

Absolute worst haircut in my life! Showed hair dresser a picture which I’ve shown before and always come out with my hair looking similar to the picture. Yesterday she literally chopped my hair leaving no hair in front of my ears and hair so short I look like a man! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER coming back to Fantastic Sams. If I don’t receive a reply, I am going to corporate with this. I want my money back $12.00 and the money to purchase a wig that i will have to wear for the next two months until my hair grows back.

Made an appointment few days in advance. Went to the store and waited to be called like it says and never got called. Waited for few hours and never recieved a called. Tried to call inside store while waiting and after to speak with someone and says they are not answering their phones. Reached out on their website and never heard back from anyone. Get they are busy and running late however I never recieved a call. I got a confirmation email for my appointment even so not sure what happened or why they didn’t reach out even after filling out form on their website to talk to someone about it. Wont be going back.
