Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to Mary for several years and I have never been happier! She is a true professional! I have naturally curly hair, which is difficult to control, and Mary knows exactly how to cut it to make it manageable. Finding a hair stylist who knows how to work with long curly and NOT having to spend a fortune in order to do so has been an absolute blessing! In addition to knowing exactly how to cut my hair, Mary does an AMAZING job with my hair color! I love that she doesn’t always just do the same color every time…she will change it up (ie. lighter colors for summer due to possible sun fade, more red colors in the fall, darker browns in the winter). Also, the atmosphere of the salon is pleasant and relaxed. I have been going to Mary for several years and I have never been happier! She is a true professional! I have naturally curly hair, which is difficult to control, and Mary knows exactly how to cut it to make it manageable. Finding a hair stylist who knows how to work with long curly and NOT having to spend a fortune in order to do so has been an absolute blessing! I had the best experience here. From someone who struggles with social anxiety, leaving the house can be hard sometimes, but the ladies at Fantastic Sams made me feel so comfortable and important when I went in for my appointment. Not only was I happy with the environment and the employees, but I also left being so happy and satisfied with my hair. I would highly recommend!!!

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI took my daughter here for a haircut. Big mistake!! I will never come back here. She had long hair and wanted her hair to hit just past her shoulders. The left side of her hair is above her shoulders and the right side is below, so extremely uneven. In addition, the “stylist” missed cutting pieces, so she has long pieces of hair all over. I could have done a better job myself and don’t even have experience. I now need to pay again to have this fixed. I wouldn’t return here for them to fix it in fear that it would turn out worse. I suggest if people want a true haircut and style vs. just a trim that they look elsewhere. Lastly, the chair my daughter went to sit in was still full of the previous customer’s hair. At least take a blow dryer to it and clean it off for the next person. I took my daughter here for a haircut. Big mistake!! I will never come back here. She had long hair and wanted her hair to hit just past her shoulders.
