They were able to fit me in last minute and I didn’t not have a long wait once I arrived. The store was clean, inviting, and professional, and the receptionist was so kind! As for my hair experience I went in for a hair cut. Let me begin by saying I have 2C-3A curly “mixed-girl” hair, that is quite long (mid-chest) I’ve been going to a curly hair specialist for years, but despite being amazing stylists, they are hard to book with and are quite pricey. I was in need of a haircut so I went in with a couple photos of what I was looking for, as well as some of my own techniques I’ve learned about from other curl specialists that works well for my hair. My stylist (who’s name I wish I could remember) was amazing, and listened to tips about how I like my hair cut, (despite being the pro in the situation) Her taking some of my advice was greatly appreciated. I was really happy to be listened to as curly hair is hard to cut sometimes, and I get so nervous seeing someone new. My cut turned out so great!! I got the layering and face framing I had asked for. I would love to go back and see her again! I highly recommend this location as I have seen two stylists there and both were wonderful to me! I wish I could add a photo to show off my new hair!

I have had my hair done twice by Emma. She is very acknowledged about their product line Lanza which is wonderful! , I have long hair and Emma has been very patient applying haircolor, trimming my hair (not shopped) and suggesting hair hydration treatments either when I get my hair done there or to get the best options long lasting at home. Salon is great but the Fantastic Sam’s app too time consuming and not straight forward when trying to book with a specific stylist. Corporate needs to fix this. It’s not fair to your stylists in my opinion.

I’ve been to the Maple Grove locations, Plymouth, and there are many fantastic sams in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area. Paul area. I’ve been going there for many years and I’ve had excellent service. Service. They never seem to keep their employees for very long, as there’s a huge turnover in this type of business. The same professional training, so you can trust anyone to do your hair. I’ve had cuts, colors and other services there. The prices have recently gone up, but lately everything has gone up! I’ve never had a bad haircut there, ever. They always listen to what you’re trying to do with your hair and they make great suggestions and explain to you the reasons why you can’t expect to wear a certain style. If it just won’t work for you. They give you a nice warm towel for your neck and you can put your feet up and relax while they massage your head and shampoo your hair. They have excellent conditioning treatments and several services I’ve never used. They have very nice. Fantastic sams hair care products along with several other name, brand hair care products. I highly recommend fantastic sams for a modern style haircut and I always enjoy fun conversation with every hairdresser who has cut my hair. You can count on fantastic sams to always provide what you need.
