I came in for a very long overdue haircut, and was assisted by Karrie almost instantly (which was wild because it seemed relatively busy, so to have gotten such fast service is remarkable!). I showed Karrie a picture of what I wanted done and fine tuned it a bit, and let me tell you that this has to be one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten! I had 12+ inches of thick hair coming in, and then went to just 5 inches on top with a nice vintage looking cut! Karrie did everything to make me feel and look good, and has made looking forward to a next haircut and coloring to be all the more exciting. See you next time!!!!

My stylist was Austin. He was the very absolute best!!!!!!!!! . He was very professional and took very good care of me. I absolutely love my hair and he listened to what my needs were in relation to how I wanted to have my hair cut. I highly DO NOT recommend !!!! It is absolutely a horrible salon chain. They need to be shut down. I don’t see how they have all the good reviews and question the validity of them! Went in for a color only. Way overpriced for the quality of the coloring products and service. Stylist left color in too long as well. I know because I was an award winning managing cosmetologist before changing careers. Yes. She completely fried my hair. They did not care that they did that either. I called to let them know a few days after the service. They did not offer for me to come in so they could access the damage along with conditioning treatments if found which is what is a normal thing when you damage a clients hair. This is to at least try to fix the damage even though sometimes it doesn’t work because you should care about your clients hair. The manager acted like she didn’t even care. Never again will I go there as I had to literally cut my hair all the way down because that is how bad it was. Lucky I have fast growing hair but what about the people who don’t. They are using the driest cheapest hair coloring products and the manager and stylist are incompetent at their jobs. I went to Ulta beauty and got a color that turned out wonderful and did not damage my hair.

I apologize for not leaving 5 stars, but I asked the stylist to even out my haircut and she attempted. I had to go to another salon to get another cut to do so. I’m sorry, but I fear I will not be returning to your Apple Valley salon in fear of getting this stylist again. I know everyone has to start out somewhere, but I feel this person needs some more training. The location was convenient and the salon was clean. The vibe was fun and everyone was welcoming and professional.

Made a appointment for my second haircut at this location for 2:50, with first available. Arrived at 2:40, checked in and waited. They had a walk-in come in and go back before me. I complained, woman behind the counter and whoever the manager was had no good explanation. Got sat down and got my haircut. Go to check out, no talk of discounts etc. for my prolonged wait time. I’ll go to great clips going forward.
