I went in for a quick trim. I had to wait about an hour which I didn’t mind because I had nothing else going on that day. When the lady was cutting my hair she seemed rushed. She was AGGRESSIVELY brushing my WET hair, which caused a lot of shedding. She then told me that I just have a lot of hair and that I “shed a lot”. I do have a decent amount of hair but even I know not to brush it that hard when it’s wet. By brushing my hair so aggressively she caused a couple front pieces to be shorter than they should be and she just pulled a bunch of my hair out. Hair stylists seem stressed and like they don’t actually care about the customers.

My son needed a haircut and I couldn’t get him into our normal place, which is the ONLY reason I took him here. The lady was so rude and acted like she’s never seen a kid before. My son is 3.5 and ticklish so he wasn’t sitting super still. She was pretty rough with him and did such a choppy/horrible job, I had to find someone else to fix it on short notice. I’ve never had a great experience at Fantastic Sams, but I WILL NEVER RETURN after that. I was so mad I didn’t even catch the girls name. We were only there about 5 minutes before she kicked him out of the chair.

Was absolutely Horrible will never go back. I can’t believe these people are allowed to cut hair . But why not when they don’t have to give refunds they can chop ur hair and not worry about the results. Then say they can have someone fix it. Yeah like I want them touching my daughter’s hair AGAIN. Took my son here for the second time. We got the same so called hair stylist. She put zero effort into his hair and her job. Hair cut was lierally five minutes long. She wasnt freindly. She didnt smile or even talk to my child. She seemed so bothered. The lining up of his hair in the back was so uneven. The blending on the sides could of been done better by a blind man. I definitely will not be returning
