I use to come to this location however the past 3 visits I’ve had a barber (who I will not name) do a very poor job. I asked for a scissor cut (which is what I always get) and the barber told me it isn’t possible. She then proceeds to cut the most bizarre haircut I’ve ever seen. She also made comments about the thickness of my hairline and dandruff which I assume was a joke (although it didn’t seem like she was joking). This barber is also not into conversation, but I’ll give her a break considering I’d hate talking to people all day as well. she was however very open to talking with her coworkers about other customers (mostly negatively) it was really unprofessional IMO. And they did it right in front of me. After the cut, I don’t understand why she didn’t dry my hair. I left with so much hair on my shoulders and neck that I had to vacuum my car out the next day. Not to mention getting into my car in the in sub zero weather with wet hair was really unpleasant. Also their price went up. You’ll be paying $30+ for a male cut. I booked an appointment and understandably wait a bit due to staffing shortages. But it was 20 mins of waiting, so maybe next time I’ll just walk in because a couple people came in after me and were getting their hair cut before me. The unfortunate part is I really like all the another barbers. They all do a perfect job it’s just my luck I get stuck with the one who doesn’t 3 times in a row. Oh well. Just hair it’ll come back but I won’t be coming back here.
