My son and I went there for the first time and the girls working there are all very nice, friendly and attentive. The facility is clean, well maintained, and they’re always busy. We lucked out and showed up on a Wednesday, which is Military discount day I believe. We will definitely be going back….the only drawback is that all haircuts are by appointment only for now, I don’t think they take walk-ins.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI won’t go back again. To start I had to wait 40 minutes and not an apology. Discussing how the ends of my hair was already dry and being cautious, all of my hair turned out dry. I buy good products I take good care of my hair. It being fried is due to “professionals”. I have NEVER had a beautician keep spraying my hair with a hair conditioner while drying it. Then I had to pay a price that I have never even paid at a high end salon, not to mention it didn’t cost that much I paid a prior stylist there fie the same thing. Now I really have to condition my hair with so many products. There was a sale free haircut with coloring. Wow this staff is wonderful! Took my 4 and 5 year old Grandsons to have their hair cut . Both ladies did an absolutely amazing job. Very good working with both boys. Hair cuts were perfect and each one received a sucker. Clean interior and wait time without an appointment was about 5 minutes. Definitely will return again.

I have been to several Fantastic Sam’s before, but none compare to this one. I go in the same time and day every single week, so I see the same people even time. I am kind of particular about how I like my hair cut. Amanda has never failed to amaze me. She has always done a wonderful job, not only at cutting my hair but being a pleasant person to converse with.
