8/16/2022 Never again will I take my child to get a haircut without standing guard. Called yesterday and set up appointment for the afternoon. Shampoo and haircut, made it ahead of time. Daughter was taken back and I had to ask to get her hair washed and then when asked what are we doing today as per the hair, trim and some layers added please. I have been taking my child since the age of 2 or so to get haircuts and have never stood over or sat in the chair beside my child as to not be that mom. Well my child was almost in tears as we left and told about not only her neck hurting but also pulling of her hair and burning of the hairdryer on her neck. I have always been asked if I want my hair dried but I guess that wasn’t up to my child. Thinking that a shampoo and haircut would be relaxing for my child was very wrong!!!! No towel under her neck as she was shampooed and overly aggressive with the scrubbing of a 9 year olds head and pulling her hair and huffing while cutting her hair. My daughter is not quick to tell me of things if it’s not really a big deal as she knows I will confront them head on. So blonde hairdresser with green horn like gauge earrings things thanks for making my daughter very uncomfortable and scared!!! Sad I tipped you and thought my daughter enjoyed herself!!!! P.S she has never complained about any other hairdresser before.

I will never go here again. We went in for a men’s hair cut and after waiting for 10 min we were told they didn’t have time and we’d have to wait. We left and waited outside for our ride. We waited for 18 min and not one other person entered that store. When we were in there, there were 5 ladies and only 2 were busy doing hair cuts/color. How rude and what a waste of time.

There was a newby answering the phone when I called to make an appointment and she messed up everything. I asked for a same date appointment with a specific stylist. She booked it for me but when I arrived she had me down for the next day. The stylist I had asked for was clearly not going to finish her current client anywhere near my appointment time, I finally told the receptionist I would like whichever stylist was available first. Luckily I was happy with the cut I received. I hope the receptionist does better the next time I call.
