My friend went to get her hair lightened from black to a natural red/brown color. I came to pick her up after her hair was done and I’m horrified. Her roots are much lighter then the rest of her hair and she has 4-5 different colors throughout her hair. The stylist said she would fix it with no cost to her but still, I am in complete shock that this is what my friend walked out with for hair!

This is a fantastic salon and I will be going here from now on! My stylist was Brena and she is awesome. She nailed my cut first try and evens did a check over to make sure it was to perfection. If you want a stylist that cares about the work she does I highly recommend Brena. Everyone was friendly. The salon was clean. I have no complaints.

I have been seeing the same person for years and she is Amazing. She has totally changed my look with cut and color, and every time I’m leaving feeling like a super model!!! First 2 is before after not cutting through COVID the rest is the gorgeousness after she worked her magic. It makes me feel and look great eventhough I’m not wearing makeup. I usually don’t when I get a full service. Oh and can’t forget my eyebrows. Now I don’t look like a cave woman. LOL Can’t wait til Christmas time to do it again.

Very disappointed. Usually I am not one to complain becuase hair grows back but this time it was ridiculous I had an apt at 5 and got serviced on time. I was getting my hair washed at the bowl and my stylist practically pressured me into getting my eyebrows done. I told her that I wanted some length gone but I did not want it off of my shoulders. I wanted it cleaned up with some more layers. She cut my hair so that it just barely touches my shoulders and it is not what I asked at all. My job prefers that we wear our hair up and it barely goes into a hair tie. The cut also felt very rushed.
