I’ve only given 1 review before in my entire life. This officially makes my 2nd review. Amazing. Easily the best haircut I’ve ever had! Not only do I look good, but I learned too! It’s unfortunate that I can’t remember the guys name. Name starts with an M, reminds me of Monte Carlo. Anyway, this man actually CARES about our hair! It wasn’t a simple “what do you want?” Then they get too it. He explained my kind if hair, asked genuine questions, and took his time, no rushing, and it was all fantastic! (Sams). Even the way he shampood my hair was unique, extremely thorough. When he was done getting the shampoo in every bit of my hair, he massaged it. Amazing guy, genuinely cares about his expertise. Nice and humorous guy too. Went in for a haircut, came out looking fantastic and motivated (he gave me a pep talk on failing and learning). Swell guy, swell place, 100% deserves this 5 star review!

This is simply because I have NEVER had a bad cut here regardless of who my stylist was! Professional, Personal, Honest, and Friendly are all the reasons why I continue to go back time and time again. The last few times I have had Hallah as my stylist. Hallah not only greets me with a smile and a great attitude, but asks the right questions, and is thorough throughout the whole entire process! Certainly making a rather routine errand enjoyable and worth going out of my way for. From a gentleman who is picky about his hair and who cuts it, I’m telling you – DO NOT settle for less!! Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve tried to go in and get my name on the list 4 times, and every time they are booked up for the rest of the day. I just went in one hour after they opened and had the same issue.

Twice in a row now I’ve gone to the fanatic Sam’s in river falls and they botched my haircut. I will probably yet again have to go in another day to do something to try and fix it. I give simple instructions along with pictures to show what I’m explaining and they still can’t follow through. I understand once is a mistake but twice makes me believe they will just screw it up next time too. Extremely disappointed.

The stylist’s very first chop (without asking my permission) was just below my shoulders!!! She took well over a FOOT of hair off my head, when I had asked for only a trim. I will never be back, and would not recommend that anyone visits this place. They should not have scissors in hand!!
