I went here this afternoon around 4pm to see if I could get my eye brows waxed and before I could even say hello and tell the receptionist what services I was looking to get done, I was told that they don’t have any time for anything or anybody else today… Very unprofessional.

My first time going in to this location for a MUCH needed hair cut. Nothing fancy, just wanted to cut off my really long hair. My stylist was so nice and took time to really listen to how I wanted it cut since I had a bad experience at the River Falls location a few years back. She did an amazing job! I definitely feel comfortable going back -once my hair grows out again of course. Everyone there was in such a good mood and they were all super nice too! They didn’t even mind when my husband had to walk all over to keep our 1 yr old entertained while I was getting my hair cut.

I wanted my ends trimmed. I had hair spray in my hair. Although the stylist was nice, I knew something was up when she tore through my hair with a plastic comb. Very painful… tugging and pulling the whole time. Great for my hair, right? Well, I told her, nicely, that hair should probably be washed first… and then combed through and trimmed. Her response was, she cuts hair dry and then washes it…. she can see ends better…????? She continues to trim my hair. A five minute process??? When finished, she sprays my hair with water, takes a metal round brush to my fine hair, which is now like glue. Even more painful then the comb experience. She drys my hair. Total time: 12 minutes. Now it looks frizzy… which I do not have frizzy hair. Probably heat damage. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I was kind, and didn’t want to cause a scene. Got to my car, looked at my hair and cried. It was not a good trim, not a good experience. My hair was healthy, I take good care of it. It looked terrible. I gave a tip, on top of a $26 charge…I should have done it myself. Lesson learned. A place where you move people through like cattle… not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. Friendly? Yes. Other than that, a big .

I used to go here quite a while ago and always seemed to be pleased. Years later, I am back in the area and I have brought a few of my boys here for cuts recently, and the cuts have been pretty basic. Finding missed spots and hairs when I got home. But still probably better than cost cutters…there isn’t much choice in town for a quick cut so considering that, I guess we’ll go back.
