Critical: Professionalism, QualityTook my son in on 1/29/22. This woman completely destroyed his beautiful head of hair! Looks like he tried to cut it himself! At first when it was damp it didn’t look too bad but once it dried OMG it is terrible. I wouldn’t even give one star and they need to let her go! Took my son in on 1/29/22. This woman completely destroyed his beautiful head of hair! Looks like he tried to cut it himself! At first when it was damp it didn’t look too bad but once it dried OMG it is terrible. I wouldn’t even give one star and they need to let her go! She in no capacity should be cutting hair professionally. My sister is a professional in Janesville wi and I attempted to not make the drive but looks like we will be from now on!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy daughter Harmony had a really bad rats nest in her hair that I couldn’t get out for the life of me. I decide to call Fantastic Sams in Portage, WI. I told them that it would probably take them a couple of hours just to get it out. I also stated that I want her hair hair cut and thinned because she has really thick hair. So the cut I figured would take another half hour. Since Harmony is 10, the lady said her cut would be $13.99 and to get the rats nest out, it will cost no more than $10. I was like okay cool. I made an appointment for 5pm. At 6:30pm they told me it will be a little extra because how much time it was taking. I said okay not a problem. At 7pm they started the cut. I asked the lady if I can just go ahead and pay for it. She said sure. 5 minutes later after figuring out my bill she told me the amount. My heart sank and my body went completely numb. I started balling my eyes out and told her I only had $95 to my name for the rest of the month. $83.99 IT COST ME. 84 FREAKING DOLLARS. I explained to her while balling my eyes out that I could have had my daughter get a cut, a shampio, hair color, and a style for less than that. All she had to say was that she was sorry. At 7:45pm Harmonys hair was done. Her hair was wet from the spay water that they used so I didn’t really see what it really looked like. Once it dried, I had notice a bunch of mistakes. If I am paying that amount For A CHILD, it should almost be perfect. They are supposed to be well trained and educated on doing hair. I am going back in tomorrow morning demanding them to fix it at no cost and calling corperate as well to file a complaint and possibly get my money back. I will never go there again in my entire life. Oh, and when my daughter and I got in the car to leave, she started crying. I asked her what was wrong. She told me she was sorry. I said for what? She responded, that I cost you all your money. Poor girl thinks it is her fault. It is absolutely not her fault. I love her and will do anything for her no matter the cost. But that’s besides the point. I should have not been charged that much, especially for a child. I can’t believe I even rated this a 1 star.
