We showed up late to my daughter’s appointment. My own fault but I had called and let them know we were stuck in traffic. We were about 10 min late. They said over the phone is was fine. We arrive for my daughter’s haircut and Tonya is the hairdresser. Ok cool. My daughter sits down , Tonya starts with the worst attitude asking what she wants. I explain shoulder length with curtain bangs and face framing. She looks at me like I’m stupid and she goes those are two different things, which do you want. I thought we could do both but I’m not the stylist so I was like curtain bangs I guess. Her idea of curtain bangs is not what is trending right now. My daughter is happy with her cut but I’m not. It’s very blunt at the bottom. Specifically why I wanted layers. Won’t be going back.

Nice, reasonably haircuts. The only problem I had with them was getting haircut pricing info. I called and asked if they had and specialty pricing and was told no. I’m a senior citizen and asked if they still had discounts for us. I was told they already have the cheapest prices in town and no. I made an appointment on a Friday. On the door is a sign saying senior citizen pricing 15% off Monday thru Thursday before 1pm. So I was misinformed on the phone.

I’ve struggled to find a stylist for my 2.5 year old that has enough patience to handle a little person that is pretty shy/scared at first. Hali at Fantastic Sam’s was so patient and friendly and my son warmed up to her very quickly. Thanks again Hali for a great experience!! We will be back for sure!!

Critical: ProfessionalismHailey is extremely unprofessional and is extremely rude. My husband went in to get a clean, simple hair cut. He was explaining in every form what he needed. First he said he needed a thinning on his sides, she questioned that very rudely , and so he said okay just a 3 around the sides and remove the thinning hair from up top , she questioned that very rudely . My husband is a very patient man, in fact I’m the one who was losing my cool when I was listening to her tone, but he sat there until he had a enough and politely stud up and politely said “ you know what, I think I’m just going to go somewhere else, thank you, I’m very sorry I took up your time “ she then stated “ I am not a mind reader “ and that’s when I spoke up. Yes Hailey , you are not … but you could have definitely had a better attitude. My husband is a very reasonable man, and I think you could see that as he spoke to you very kindly after your rude remarks. He truly hopes you have a better day , I truly hope you never treat the next person in your chair with that attitude again.
