I’ve been seeing Sue at this location for many years. I don’t have a lot of hair, but she’s always managers to cut it in a way that was cute. Last week I took the plunge, and had her give me highlights. Sue is a Master Color Artist. So I felt comfortable allowing her to do this. The highlights came out far better than I anticipated. So much so that as I was walking through the airport in Phoenix a complete stranger stopped me to tell me how great my highlights looked. If that isn’t confirmation of a job well done I don’t know what is.

I went here today to get my hair cut and colored and the lady ended up turning my hair orange then put bleach in it and over processed it to the point that my hair was white and coming out in clumps where she put the bleach at If you want to keep your hair attached to your head I suggest you stay far far away from this fantastic sams

I asked for a trim , which typically means the same haircut but a bit shorter, just cutting off dead ends, however the cutter took off way more than just a trim, and now my hair is ugly as sin. And the worst part about is that she just took it in her own direction, apart from my instructions, with one conversation between her and someone else being: “That’s a lot of hair, he’s not going to have any left”, and she replied, “There will be some, but he needs it off, and now he’s going to look good”. Paraphrased a bit, but the service was terrible.

Unless you want your hair completely different than what you show them a picture of or even explain to them how you want it then I suggest going to a different place they will take on a hairstyle knowing full well that they are not capable of doing it! Critical: Quality, ValueI had a poor hair cut experience. The lady just snip snapped my hair in 20min which honestly I could have done at home instead paying $25 bucks. I had a fair lady haircut so I decided to try with my boy, Stacy did the job and what I don’t like is this attitude like ” I’m experienced enough to understand, you don’t know what you’re asking but I do, this is not my first” and we got an average haircut, decent but not what we we’re expecting. We got a 5 yo kid full of hair on his neck, back, face and this attitude “I know my job” we ask her to blow some air in order to remove the hair as much as possible and she refused saying that it was ok. So not cool. Manager is great, price is fair, the place itself is good. My advise don’t go with Stacy.

She was very nice explained the pricing and said they weren’t busy at that time. We went right over and my mother was so thrilled. Lana was so nice, and professional. She did a great job on my Mom’s hair and more importantly my Mother wants to go back. The salon was clean the stylists were nice. So nice to have a great salon in the neighborhood.Love this Salon. Love this Salon. I needed a salon to take my 92 year old mother for a perm, cut and style. I called ahead and spoke with Lana. She was very nice explained the pricing and said they weren’t busy at that time. We went right over and my mother was so thrilled. Lana was so nice, and professional. Have been going to this location for over ten years. Love the stylist Sue! She always works with my schedule even if it’s not within her normal hours. I frequently get highlights and she really takes her time separating/ putting my hair into foils so it’s not as damaged…not to mention picks friendlier products! Coloring technique is great. I’ve never been disappointed leaving there after I see Sue. Would recommend again and again.

Sue has been my stylist for 6 years now and has always done THE best haircuts for me. I will never let anyone else touch my hair. She is also very warm with all of her customers and goes the extra mile. My last time I was in there she assisted a client’s mother in making sure she made it to the curb safely.
