I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as there are cheaper and better haircuts offered in the area. I went multiple times and didn’t have a great experience but I accepted it for what it was. Then the most recent time I went made me realize that these chains are a joke.

I spent $50 going in 2 times to Jesse to get cut this month. Alas he did nothing but cut off my length which I didn’t want. Thank goodness as Jesse says “hair grows.” Heather however rocks the haircuts. Margaret was my fave but she retired. Decent place all in all.

My husband and I came in today for a haircut and were very impressed with the quality of service. Kylee did an amazing job fading my husbands hair. We think this may have been his best haircut ever. I just got a trim but was also impressed with the quality and speed of Kylee’s work. We were in and out in 30 minutes!

I called and was able to get in 40 minutes from when I called for eyebrow waxing. The gentleman over the phone was so nice and when I went in I had Riley who did my eyebrows. Riley was so professional I have NEVER nearly fallen asleep getting my eyebrows done. My skin is very sensitive and when I told Riley the response was very careful consideration which I appreciated. Normally I’m gripping on to my seat when I go to other people. I will only go to Riley from now on. The results were fantastic!

I had read a great review about the stylist I got, unfortunately I did not have the same experience. This stylist barley said more than 10 words to me. After I asked how their day was going, and they responded with it was slow and they’ve just been on TikTok all morning and how they are “just here”. I stopped trying to make conversation which made for a VERY awkward appointment. They did ask me how much I wanted off, I said “just the dead ends and some layers”. They were almost done when they decided to comment on a condition I have and am pretty insecure about. I explained what it was, they said “I thought so” then they just got very quiet. At the end of the appointment, they explained that they decided to take a little bit more off “because it needed it” and how “I still have a lot of hair left”. Now like I said, there was NO conversation the whole time I was in that chair about taking extra anything off. I have naturally curly hair so the shrinkage is there. I would’ve like some knowledge of knowing how short my hair was going to go. After we done, I went up to the counter to pay and then left.
