I’ve only ever used high end local salons but after a catastrophic dye job I swore never again. It had been a few years and I decided randomly I wanted blonde highlights. They were the only ones with an opening the day I needed it. The price and quality was above 5 stars. Lauren definitely knows what she’s doing and has never let me leave her chair unimpressed. I’ve been to her 4 times now and between the style itself and the many many compliments I get on my hair daily I will continue to go here. 100/10 DEFINITELY best decision I’ve made for my hair.

Always have the most friendliest staff members they always create such great conversations while they’re doing your hair or whatever you’re having done the prices are reasonable and the customer service is right on! I’m actually going next week and to have my hair done for my birthday I would recommend Fantastic Sams it’s all of my friends and family members and anybody who reads this review and is looking for an eyebrow wax or hair streaks this is the place to go! And Theresa is amazing! She did my eyebrows last time I was in there a few weeks ago and they were perfect best experience of an eyebrow wax I’ve ever had! Thanks Theresa!

I had high expectations apparently. I went in with a photo, the stylist said she could do it. I’m extremely disappointed. The hair cut itself isn’t bad but it isn’t what I had shown her. Aside from that there were several strands of hair 2 inches longer then the rest of my hair as if she just completely missed them. I ended up having my mother in law spent 30 minutes fixing the hair cut. My only advice is if you want something a little complex your best going somewhere different. And for the stylists, if you can’t do something please tell me so I don’t waste 20 bucks on something I didn’t even want. I would rather spend more somewhere else then waste my time and money.
