Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy child went in for a cut before homecoming. They asked for the back to be cut short with a fade in, but for their bangs to be left alone. The stylist took four inches off and left their bangs an inch long. At the time, they said they were fine, but later admitted it was not what they wanted. We went back, and the manager said my child told them to cut it but offered our money back. They then sent the stylist over, and asked us why my 16yr old didn’t stop them or tell them to leave it long, but they did not allow them to look at the mirror while cutting for “her lighting”. After telling them that, the stylist admitted they were told to leave the front alone, but when cutting it, they decided that the way it was previously cut wouldn’t look good, so they cut it short. They took that decision on themselves, and never asked if it was okay to do, and the stylist admitted this, because they felt it would look better. If you don’t have curtain bangs yet- get them! She also took my dark hair to the blondest its ever been and it looks so beautiful, i still can’t believe it! This is the BEST color and cut I ever had in 20 years! I have blonde highlights/lowlights and will never see anyone else! Sanaa was experienced and professional!
