I always come here and see Regina. Stopped to get hair done, but girl at desk said she suggested Mais. Wow what a big big mistake! Grew out my hair to halfway down my back so I could get it cut with long layers and 2 inches off length. She obviously doesn’t understand English because she cut my hair direct opposite of what I told her! My hair is above my shoulders and cut straight across?!? I am very angry and the front desk girl was very wrong all girls are the same, no they are not!!! I will only go to Regina, but going to take a long time before I come back, if I ever do. Also Manager, who was girl at desk, had a bad attitude like it was no big deal! Offered free haircut, what a joke! Watch who you go to!

This is by far my favorite place to get a haircut. Maize does a great job and is always a joy to be around. Rena, Nicky, Laila and the rest of the ladies never disappoint. With Crystal at the front counter greeting you with a welcoming smile, its always a great experience coming to this location. Highly recommend! Great customer service.

This was terrible I walked in with bleach fried hair orange in color. They told me no problem they could fix it. They told me a toner would turn my hair a light brown / dark blonde hair. From the moment I called the salon to make an appointment until I walked out the door post haircut and style, I had a truly wonderful experience. My grandaughters are clients here and I made an appointment on my daughter -in-law’s suggestion and I am so glad I did! My hair is thinning and my pixie was overgrown and needed cutting and shaping. May L did a fabulous job…I will be back! She was very skilled and was personable and professional and made my visit relaxing. She really talked to me about my hair, the haircut I had in mind, was careful not to cut too much off and styled it perfectly.

The first three is how it look after she tried to fix it, after she used the wrong color first which is the yellow that I didn’t ask for. She said to me I know it looks yellow but after it is done it want be yellow, but it started to burn like it was on fire. I told her it was burning she went to get another stylist, and that stylist told her to wash it out quickly. I told them that this never happened to me before. I told them I just wanted this yellow out my head. The other stylist said that the short lady that did my hair didn’t even know to do color, the fourth picture is before she started on my hair, the 5th picture is the yellow that she did that I didn’t even ask for. The other two are old pictures of my hair before this happened! The red one is like three years ago. When I went to another stylist, but since COVID-19 happy, I had to find somewhere else to go, I thought, since they specialize in color I will try them, man was I wrong. You can see the difference. Not one problem. Now look at my head sores from being burned. And she still charged me and I paid I was not happy I didn’t even leave a tip she charged me 202$! I just wanted out of that shop! Not happy I still cry every day about hair when I look at it! It hurts to comb it! Don’t go there terrible I had long full hair now it’s gone on both sides and thin! You can clearly see my hair thinning out in the front!
