Critical: Professionalism, QualityShould’ve looked at the reviews first. The lady told me what I wanted was impossible. That is something a client should NEVER have to hear. If you don’t feel comfortable doing the color, then ask if I have anything else in mind. Should’ve walked out when she told me it was impossible to do. Now my hair has brassy roots (which I’m still using the purple shampoo on) but it’s not lighting up. It’s making all the lighter highlights white while my roots are still orange. Someone needs to clean in here a little better. Look along edges (especially where customers sit), window ledges, & that rug by front door needs vacuumed good daily. The staff were really nice & professional. Got waited on soon as walked in, Wait time was acceptable for Sunday. They had cable TV on wall for customers to watch. Just please sweep, mop, & vacuum.
