The people were really nice, but the job they did on my hair was disappointing. I went in to have faded purple hair covered to my natural brown color. They ended up turning my hair green. I was invited back to fix it and they put a lot of effort into it, but a few days later I clearly had green coming back through. I didn’t try any of their other services, but I wouldn’t recommend having any hair correcting done.

Charity is my beautician. She gets how to cut my fine, curly hair. She’s light handed with my sensitive scalp, and she was able to give me great service for way less than I used to pay at the pricey salons. I loved her so much, I brought my mom to her for a cut. My mom has the same kind of hair as me, and we are used to getting our hair cut wrong for our type. She left feeling cute and our hair was very well done! Thank you, Charity!!

My normal salon in Carmal closed down during covid and I do not like the Ulta salon that my hairdresser moved to. I live in Bloomington so my my friend and I decided to come here for a quick cut. We both got amazing haircuts, exactly as we had asked from Rylie(?). I had a ladies cut, just a few inches off, some layers, and face framing. Looks fantastic and feels so healthy now. My male friend requested a short cut, however most salons will cut it too short, almost military style, whereas she started with longer clipper guards to avoid this. Turned out exactly as we hoped. They were able to get us both in same day, last minute before our vacation. I noticed while we were there that another lady was having some bright all over color put in (green i believe?) And it looked great! I would definitely recommend Rylie and this place in general. Staff were helpful and friendly!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFirst and foremost they false advertise. I was told over the phone that my haircut would be $16 and that my brow wax would be $11. They charged me $4 extra for my haircut. When I explained that I was told there was a promotion today on haircuts she basically lied/ acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. She cut way too much off of my hair when I gave explicit directions to only cut a little bit. My eyebrows look terrible. She didn’t follow the natural shape of my eyebrows and left several hairs behind..the floors were messy and there were hairs everywhere that did not belong to me that were not swept up before I sat down. There was not an option on the kiosk to not give a tip. I get that leaving a tip is appropriate but forcing people to tip is incredibly tacky. A horrible experience and I will not be going back.
