Came and asked how long the wait would be. Got told they could sign me in and they’d be ready for me in an hour. That’s was fine with me. Came back an hour later and get told it’s going to probably be another hour. I understand that things happen, but I was signed in and they had my number. they could have called and told me that, instead of me wasting my time coming back there for nothing. This is the 2nd time something like this has happened here. Not going to waste my time there again.

The girl who cut my hair the last time was fresh out of Prosser and got too impatient trying to comb out my hair so she stopped making the effort to detangle the strands she was cutting and after Leslie(who is actually great) told her to even my layers, she did on one side and got too impatient to even do the other side so for about a month my hair was terribly choppy and I hated it. Not to mention the fact that my hair is crazy long so if it gets messed up, I have to grow it out all over again. I now go to Atomic house of hair because they are amazing but I would still recommend Leslie at fantastic Sams because she still does a pretty good job. You can’t see in the picture how bad it really was but you can see the choppy part in the front.
