olivia did my hair. i was thinking of going vibrant for a while but i didn’t know what i wanted. i finally got an appointment the same day. i got there and i had to wait a bit after my appointment time but i was not upset as they are understaffed which is not unexpected. she was completely honest about my hair as i had box dye in it beforehand. she did have to chop a little bit more off than expected but there is no complaints as i had an open mind coming in. i love my hair and thank you!

I toke my girl to get her hair cut. It was a poor job in how it was done The length of her hair was incorrect one side was longer than the other. That wasn’t what was specified when the woman asked how she was gonna get her hair cut. They do not have a money back guarantee when they screw up with your hair. They just want you to come back and redo it and the chances are it’ll be in a big worse than starting off with. So go to Fantastic Sams at your own risk!

I’m sorry to report that I did not have a good experience at Clarksville. I’ve been going there for over 5 years and never had an incident. I don’t think the stylist knew what 2″ off was. Unfortunately, 2″ was 4-5″. All I can do now is wait for it to grow out and I WILL return.
