This used to be my favorite salon. Lately: 3 horrible cuts from possibly newbies? You’re not able to make appointments. Unless you can call in early same day you cant get service. All the super friendly ones are gone or never there when I go in. I used to love it but now every experience leaves me dissatisfied.

Positive: Quality, ValueI watched thr manager of this salon belittle her stylists, the poor stylists. If possible make sure to tip your stylists (alot of people dont realize they only make minimum wage, except for tips) i get things were busy and im hoping next time i go in things will be better but i also hope the stylists are treated with more kindness-that was my original post from 2 months ago. Well a yr ago I moved to Ohio. I went here to get a hair cut. Well I was getting my hair chopped off nearly. Almost 13 inches!!! The lady washed my hair and as she was brushing threw it she started that they couldnt cut my hair cause I had lice!!! Mind you i have sever dry scalp because of the amount of product I use in my hair daily and I have exama very badly on my scalp!! I tried to explain it to her…. well a yr later and the elder couple I live with dont have lice and neither do I!!! I would like to think they were scared to cut that much off of my hair… idk. I’ll see if I can up the stars after tomorrow

Before today I had a nice experience at a pretty good price. Not anymore!! I had to basically give myself my own haircut due to the incompetence of the worker. It was completely uneven. Good thing she didn’t cut it as short as I said. They should honestly close due to how many terrible reviews everyone gives them. No more fast haircuts for me!
