Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Critical: ProfessionalismI went in and asked for a Pixie cut. The stylist that took me back was very unprofessional and unkept. She acted like she didn’t want to be there, not friendly at all. She said she couldn’t do the cut that someone else would have to do it. They then let me set there while they took other customers back. I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed. I went in and asked for a Pixie cut. The stylist that took me back was very unprofessional and unkept. She acted like she didn’t want to be there, not friendly at all. She said she couldn’t do the cut that someone else would have to do it. They then let me set there while they took other customers back. I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed. I left and went to Walmart. They took me right in and gave me an awesome Pixie cut.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityShowed up today (5/9/21) to have them cut my (2) boys hair. I had quit taking them there as they almost always screwed up their hair, leaving long patches, uneven cuts, and generally looking like they cut the hair with a pair of 15th century scissors, but it was a situation of who was allegedly open on a Sunday. Website says they are open, arrived only to find that they were in fact NOT OPEN, citing mothers day as the reason they are closed. Would seem to me that they missed out on a lot of potential revenue, along with dissatisfied customers, on a day where moms tend to like to be pampered.
