I have been going to this salon for a long time. However, it was increasingly more difficult to get appointments. I would call for several days in a row, with no answer. I finally went up to see if maybe they closed. The technician told me she doesn’t answer the phone when they’re by themselves. Crazy, right? I left. I went in yesterday and asked for an appointment for my husband and myself today. We went in and were told the salon tech called in sick and no one could cut our hair. And they couldn’t call me???? There were two technicians in and said they were both expecting appointments. I’m so done. I will take my business where they actually value customers.

I like it tight on the sides and longer on top, and she did exactly what I asked her to do. She spent time on cutting my hair, and she was very kind. They also wash your hair and style it. This will my last visit to this location. Today I went in to Fantastic Sams to get my eyebrows reshaped and waxed. I was never asked what I wanted, I should of walked out then. The worker was in a bad mood. She was rough, and annoyed that I wasn’t happy when she handed me the mirror. I asked for the hairs to be cleaned up, she was rude. I understand having a bad day, but damn. I will not be returning.

Went inside to get haircut, planned on tipping good because I have alot of hair and the lady at the desk was rude when my Mom (who was also getting a haircut) & I didn’t make an appointment online and said they were booked. However there was no one getting a haircut. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
