Our stylists will work with you to determine your specific hair color needs based on what you like and what looks great on you! Our extensive line of FS shampoos, conditioners and styling aids are formulated for both professional and at-home use. Our products are never watered down with unhealthy fillers and we never test on animals. The lady with the blue and green hair always does my hair and she never fails me. She’s is definitely my favorite there. She brings color to the place. The shop is always clean and the staff are always courteous. Normally, the wait time is only between 5 to 10 minutes. That’s really good for a place like that. The older woman with crazy hair that worked on 4/27 was extremely rude and unprofessional. My son is autistic and fearful of haircuts, we have gone to Fantastic Sams multiple times to get his hair cut and have always had great experiences ubtil this time. She immediately saw my son and made a face and said “we’ll see what we can do.” I asked her if she was comfortable cutting his hair, even though we disclosed that he was autistic and hated haircuts when we made the appointment, she proceeded to yell at me telling she has done hair for “20 years” and didn’t want to be “kicked or hit” while cutting hair. I told her that wouldn’t happen and that we’ve never had a problem before getting his hair cut at Sam’s. After being berated by the stylist, we told her we would have his hair cut by someone else who was comfortable. She continued to yell at me and tell me that I made no sense. We didn’t feel safe letting her near our young son and the way she treated us and my son is completely unacceptable. We went to Great Clips amd had his hair cut with no problems! The woman at Great Clips was kind to my son and to us. Autistic children should be able to get haircuts without being mistreated by Fantastic Sams Staff! Absolutely disgusting.

Very disappointed in my decision to go here. Waited 2 hours to get in only for her to rush through my haircut. She seemed as if she was racing someone the entire time. I decided to try something new but I was hesitant as to what it would look like. Instead of taking her time, she immediately began cutting. The two sides are not the same. She also continually pulled my hair/head and hit my ears with the comb. 10 min disaster wasn’t worth it.

The shop itself was very clean and had a great atmosphere. The person that checked me in was extremely nice and even informed me of birthday discounts. There were only 2 people cutting hair when I got there. I waited for less than 3 minutes and 5-6 more hairdressers came out from the back. The person that was to be cutting my hair said, “So what do you want?” She was very short with me and acted as if she didn’t want to be there. I showed her a picture of a cute, feminine pixie cut and explained what I wanted and how I wanted to style it. She said okay and began to cut. She was extremely rough and treated it as if she was in a race or something. She rushed through the whole cut. It was apparent she wasn’t doing what I had asked and the only thing she remembered me saying was that I wanted it shorter, but remembered nothing about the style. Not to mention she never said a word to me the entire time she was cutting. I left with an 8 year old boy’s haircut – with the flipped up bangs and everything. If you do go here and they ask you who you’d like to cut you hair I would highly stress you to respond with: anyone other than Tanya.

I went for my 3 year old to get a hair cut. There was several cars in the parking lot and a few waiting. Our wait time wasn’t too bad. About 20 minutes or so. The woman that cut his hair seemed to have experience with cutting younger children’s hair and did well. She listened to me about different issues he has with a double crown and such and in was pleased with the hair cut that he got for the price I paid.
